Request to sunshine the following articles:

Article XIII (Disciplinary Procedure)

CSEA wishes to reword Item E. number 4 that currently reads, “Discourteous, offensive or abusive conduct or language toward other employees, pupils, or he public when on duty,” to read, “Misconduct toward other employees, pupils, or the public when on duty.”

Strike from the contact number 13 in Item E that reads, “Incapacity due to mental or physical disability.”

Article XXIV (Professional Growth)

Request to add Item C to the article that would address the No Child Left Behind Act.
